In the Vinnytsia region, the government will ensure the proper financing of expenditures of the state budget on payment of privileges and housing subsidies to the population
the government at the meeting on March 10 approved a resolution "On amendments to the Order of transfer of certain subventions from the state budget to local budgets on provision of privileges, subsidies and compensations". These changes will allow without loss of the state budget to pay the company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" tax liabilities, which in turn will ensure the proper financing of expenditures of the state budget on payment of privileges and housing subsidies to the population. Recall from 1 January 2017 cancelled tax incentives by exemption from VAT taxation of operations on importation of natural gas to National joint-stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" on the customs territory of Ukraine. For the purpose of payment of VAT at importation by the company in the customs territory of Ukraine of natural gas at the point of import, as the sources of financing of benefits and subsidies, changes in the Order of transfer of certain subventions from the state budget to local budgets on provision of privileges, subsidies and compensations, approved by the decree of the Government dated 11.01.2005 No. 20.
