Format training groups and during individual counselling journalists learn to monitor their feelings, to treat them with care, to defend them. "Syndrome of emotional burnout is an extremely common phenomenon, regardless of profession. However, media professionals, creative people and are constantly in the information flow, so the risk of "burnout", they are not the high. While working in groups, participants will be the ability to see the situation from the outside, not being involved in the manipulation and provocation, as well as an understanding of the necessity of enhancing their own consciousness and use acquired knowledge in professional activity and preserving their own mental health in the conditions of excessive workload," says psychologist Natalya Stanchuk.
