By prescription patients can get free medicines or to pay for more expensive. The program covers three groups of products – from coronary heart disease, asthma and diabetes type II. The Government has allocated half billion in 2017. According to Roman Ilyka, redburst, i.e. full or partial reimbursement of the cost of drugs is an effective mechanism of the Ministry of health. The patient will get a doctor's prescription for the active substance and not the drug with a commercial name. The cheapest product of their group, the patient receives free of charge.
