within the framework of the program "Care" from the regional budget in the period from 2017 to 2020 to allocate more than 10 million UAH on support of participants of anti-terrorist operation and military actions. This was announced by the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna. "Our goal is that every volunteer defender of our state, was the most secured solution of questions of social protection and medical support. We need to give everyone the opportunity to obtain land, as well as improvement in the health establishments in Ternopil region", — said the head region. According to Stepan Barney, 68 soldiers-volunteers in Ternopil region has already received a status of participant of hostilities. "Guys, that in February-March 2014 the first steel for the protection of the territorial integrity of Ukraine — all of them volunteers. And that of the volunteers began to form a Ukrainian army. The first volunteers gave their lives defending their country. Restored 44th artillery brigade also form the volunteers," concluded Stepan Barna.
