In Volyn region Kovel mayor found guilty in the administrative offence of corruption
Police Department of protection of the economy in the Volyn region Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine, by agreement of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region, the Protocol on administrative offense, floor’linked to corruption under part 1 of article 172-6 of the code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (violation of financial control) in respect of Kovel city mayor. The official, with a real opportunity to promptly file a Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, has filed a Declaration late without a valid reason.
