In the Rivne region for the response of the prosecution, the society paying annually a budget of 3.2 million UAH for land lease
Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, using Executive powers, through court have achieved cancellation of lease contracts of the land, which significantly reduced the rent for its use. It is established that in 2015 in the city of Varash (at the time – Kuznetsovsk) the local government has organized and conducted an auction for the sale of lease rights of the land area over 1 hectare, for construction and maintenance of an apartment building. By results of auction with the winner of one of LTD, signed a land lease contract, under the terms of which were established, the annual amount of rent in the sum of 3,2 million UAH. However, in the future the city Council on the basis of the decision approved technical documentation on land management regarding the division of the land and contrary to the requirements of the Land code of Ukraine, without holding land tenders, the part provided in the lease referred to, OOO, setting the contracts for the rent of only 3% of the normative monetary evaluation of land plot – that is, the total of 72 thousand UAH. After such misconduct of the tenant avoided paying for the use of land in the amount established by results of the conducted land auction, and therefore the budget did not receive significant funds. In this regard, with the aim of protecting state interests in the sphere of the budget and land relations bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region responded, saying a lawsuit demanding to cancel the decision of the local self-government and Treaty land, which reduced the amount of rent for their use. Rivne economic court of appeal upheld the position of the prosecution, and these claims zadowoli. Now in the budget to pay per year to 3.2 million UAH, which is 45 times the amount of rent that was deposited earlier.
