Vinnytsya region has exposed the inspector of the district sector Central-Western interregional Department for execution of criminal sanctions and probation service,who for $ 200 improper benefits illegally allowed the convict to appear in the bodies in
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, together with the investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National police of Ukraine in Vinnytsia oblast, Department for the protection of the economy in the Vinnytsia oblast Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine exposed the illegal actions of the inspector of one of regional sectors of the Central West inter-regional Department for execution of criminal sanctions and probation service of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine. According to the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia region’Vyacheslav Sokolovaja yesterday (14.03.2017), in “hot” detained 30-the summer inspector of institutions of execution of criminal penalties. The official received US $ 200 improper benefits from a local resident for permission don’to appear in the bodies of execution of punishments. The above mentioned officer is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine immediately after the receipt of improper benefits. The investigation is continuing, conducted necessary investigative and procedural actions.
