According to the state standards and norms on the ring junctions should not be a traffic regulation. Therefore, this intersection traffic lights will switch to blinking yellow light. The experiment will last for two weeks. In the case of its success, the comfort and safety of this type of interchange for pedestrians, will commence development of this roundabout on a regular basis. By prior arrangement, the crews of the patrol police will be on duty at this intersection to prevent emergency situations due to changes in the traffic organization.
