Chernivtsi: Changes regarding the procedure of providing sanatorium-resort treatment of invalids
resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 01.03.2017, ¹ 110 "On approval of Procedure of use of funds envisaged in the state budget to provide certain categories of the disabled in sanatorium-resort vouchers, and amendments to the orders, approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22 February 2006. No. 187 of March 31, 2015. No. 200," changed the procurement system of health resort services for separate categories of citizens in need of social protection. So vouchers for persons with disabilities and injured participants of the ATO will be procured on the basis of a tripartite agreement (applicant – Department of social welfare, health ). Sanatorium for the recovery of the above category of persons can choose your own, then contact the Department of social protection of the population, according to place of stay on the account where the check for the compliance with statutory requirements. After is a tripartite agreement, under which sanatorium institutions transfer funds for services rendered. This marginal cost vouchers for reimbursement of the cost of services of sanatorium-resort treatment will be determined annually by the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The list of basic services that must be provided to persons according to medical recommendations and are included in the price, will be approved by the Ministry of social policy. Additional services are available upon request individuals with disabilities, subject to the payment of the price. Such changes will contribute not only to effective use of budget funds, but also to improve the effective indicators in the field of sanatorium treatment for the above category of persons, as they are granted the right to choose for Spa treatment any institution of Ukraine according to medical indications.
