In Zhytomyr oblast state TV and radio takes journalistic works for the award named after Ivan Franko
state Committee from March 1 until may 1, 2017 shall receive nonfiction for the award named after Ivan Franko in the field of information activities. Accepted new original journalistic works in the field of information activities that contribute to the adoption of the historical memory of the people, their national consciousness and identity, aimed at the creation of the state and democratization of Ukrainian society. Works must be published (made public) in finished form in the past three years, but no later than six months prior to their nomination. According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 26.11.2003 ¹ 1832 "About the award named after Ivan Franko in the field of information activities", the Prize is awarded annually to the day of the birth of Ivan Franko – August 27 - in the amount of two thousand hryvnia each for the expense of the means provided for this purpose in the state budget and distributed by the State Committee for television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine in such categories: * for the best publication in printed media; * for the best work in the TV field; * for the best work in the broadcasting field; * for the best scientific work in the field of information. Please note that under clause 4 the Provisions about the award named after Ivan Franko in the field of information activities, the same candidate may not simultaneously be nominated for the Award with two or more works. The Award are given: * a petition for Award with a brief description of the work and its author; * a copy of a work in a tangible medium, confirmed its promulgation; * copy of passport (in case of nomination for the Award of the group - copies of passports of each member of the team).
