In Zhytomyr held a training for editors of municipal Newspapers region
To editors and journalists of Newspapers and communal area on 17 March in Zhytomyr held a training on "Legal assistance in the process of privatization of municipal print media". This informs the Zhytomyr press club. Training speaker – Ihor Fedorenko, a lawyer of the network of media lawyers of regional press development Institute, teacher training course "Legal regulation of journalistic activity". Amount, told the participants about all details and stages of the process of privatization according to the Law of Ukraine "On reforming state and communal media." Most editors were interested in the questions: – what legal form the enterprise to choose; – OOO is better than AO or PE; – how to allocate the shares among the founders members of the staff, their transmission if desired or necessary, to other persons; – extension and conclusion of the contract of rent, the inability to sublease space, which is leased on favorable terms. To these and other questions Igor Fedorenko gave qualified answers.
