Chernivtsi: Social security of internally displaced persons

Over the 120 statements on a monthly targeted assistance to cover living expenses, including housing and communal services, of which 119 applications decided in favor of citizens. In addition, the decision concerning the appointment (renewal) of 13 pensions to internally displaced persons. In the absence of actual place of residence recorded in the statements of IDPs, the Commission denied 45 citizens the appointment of various types of social assistance. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 14, 2016 No. 964 is amended in a number of decisions regarding and social protection of internally displaced persons. So, changes in the Order of registration and issuance of certificate on registration of internally displaced persons (resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from October 01, 2014 No. 509), which provides that in the event of a change of residence within the same administrative-territorial unit internally displaced person shall notify (including by telephone) about this authorized body, which gives information about changes of actual place of residence of the person to the Unified information database of internally displaced persons, as well as the treatment of internally displaced persons – reference. Previously provided for the withdrawal of reference in case of change of residence. In addition, amendments to the CMU Resolution from 05 Nov 2014 ¹637 "On the implementation of social benefits to internally displaced persons" in terms of payment of PJSC "State savings Bank of Ukraine" according to the written applications of persons with disabilities And groups and individuals that are not capable of self-care and in need of constant assistance, with home delivery at the actual place of residence/stay of such persons while their physical identity to receive social benefits.
