In Chernivtsi will study the issue of creating a Youth center
in accordance with the order of Chernivtsi mayor Alexis Kaspruk established a working group to study the issue of creating a Youth center in Chernivtsi. It was headed by the Deputy mayor Alexander paskar. The youth center is being established in accordance with the Concept of the State target social program "Youth of Ukraine" for 2016-2020, given statements by the student representatives of the city city Parliament. The purpose of the Concept is creation of favorable conditions for development and realization of young people, formation of civil position and Patriotic consciousness. The implementation of the priorities of the programme include strengthening work for the development of international youth cooperation, promoting the integration of young people in world and European youth community.
