In Lutsk hosted the city competition of groups of environmental education 2017
Spring is the time of active actions of environmentally conscious children. This is one of the slogans that were heard on March 16-17, in the city of Lutsk school ¹3, where were held the city competition teams of environmentally education. This year the theme of the competition was “Landscape as living environment and the object of protection”. The competition was attended by environmental propaganda team 16 secondary schools in the city. Since the beginning of the year, the children studied the material on a given topic, conducted research, interested in the features of the theme on the example of the city and region. The results of their work are presented in the form of a 20 minute theatrical performances. The children demonstrated a deep understanding of the relationship between the natural components and the need to preserve them. Demonstrated their knowledge and concern for issues of environmental protection, which starts with yourself, right in your yard, caring for the tree, flower, animal or bird. According to the children was: “At the moment I can't globally and even regional influence for the preservation of the environment. Now I can just carefully and respectfully interact with nature. By his example, I want to have an impact on the attitude of the friends to nature”. The Grand Prix and the participation in the regional stage of the contest of ecological propaganda teams was the team of “Earthlings” UVK ¹ 9. The staff of this educational institution is the example of the environmental work in many areas, the leadership in the collection of recyclable materials, participation in practical environmental activities, the academic tournaments and competitions. First place was won by the team of UVK ¹10 “Ecovata”, which is a permanent leader in environmental education in the city. Traditionally, deep meaning, high level acting, a deep knowledge of the problems of his native city showed teams of UVK ¹7, institution ¹11, school No. 23. Thorough knowledge, kindness and sincerity in their convictions was echoed in the performances of the children of the Lyceum ¹22, school ¹21 named. M. Kravchuk, technological Lyceum ¹24 and school ¹17, ¹3, ¹20. The main result of activities of environmental education is not only knowledge but also understanding of the possible ways of solving ecological problems. And then we should expect many useful practical cases as part of a citywide campaign “Covasna 2017”.
