In the framework of the pilot project of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine, Department of tspau provides registration services of “Marriage day” for the citizens of Ukraine on the principle of extraterritoriality. The cost of this marriage is 960,85 UAH. The future newlyweds should together or notarized instructions to report to the Department of tspau. The procedure of registration of such a marriage provides for the conclusion of the contract on provision of services on the organization of state registration of marriage, the filing of the application with the date and time of marriage registration and the admission of the following documents: - passport of citizen of Ukraine, foreigner's passport or document identifying the person without citizenship. If the Customer is a foreigner, a stateless person, the document confirming the legality of his stay on the territory of Ukraine; - if Customers, or one of them, a former marriage, – the documents confirming the termination of the previous marriage or the annulment of the marriage (certificate of divorce; a court decision on dissolution of marriage, nullity of marriage, entered into legal force; the death certificate of one of the spouses, the opinion of the division of state registration of acts of civil status about the cancellation of Assembly record about a marriage that is void, and the like). Do not submit the originals of the documents confirming the termination of the previous marriage if the relevant Assembly records of civil status, which are reported in this Treaty, drawn up by the bodies of state registration of civil status acts of Ukraine; - documents written in a foreign language are submitted together with their translation into Ukrainian language, certified in the prescribed manner; - documents confirming payment of the state duty and the payment of the services provided by the Department of state registration of acts of civil status; - if a woman and/or man are unable for a valid reason, personally, to apply for registration of marriage, such a statement, notarized, can apply to their representatives. The powers of the representative must be notarized. Pursuant to article 30 of the Family code of Ukraine, the newlyweds are obliged to inform each other about the state of his health. The state shall create conditions for medical examination of the brides, the Procedure of medical examination of brides established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The results of the medical examination are secret and communicated only to the bride and groom. Concealment of information about the health of one of the spouses, the result of which may become (became) a violation of the physical or mental health of another groom or their descendants, may be grounds for annulment. According to the article 22-23 of the Family code of Ukraine from 10.01.2002 ¹2947-III, the age of marriage for women and men is set at 18 years, upon application by a person aged 16 or over, by court order she may be granted the right to marry, if it is determined that it is in its interest. According to the agreement, registration of marriage is carried out in the territory of the organizer. Customers are issued a certificate of registration of marriage in two copies.
