According to this order, the main task is the provision in conjunction with local authorities in implementing the complex of measures, directed on improvement of state of environment, landscaping, gardening and bringing in a sanitary condition of territory of settlements of the region, adjacent territories, and carry out measures on liquidation of unauthorized dumps of household waste, cleaning and putting in proper sanitary condition of cemeteries. "We need to bring order to the territories of subordinate institutions and, importantly, not only to remove and repair these areas and put in proper condition," said Vasily Pivovar. Separately scheduled events on sanitary cleaning of territories of the monuments of cultural heritage of the region. There will also be a complex of measures for restoration of forests and their preservation, a systematic cleaning of areas of woodland. To improve the effectiveness of the improvement measures, Vinnytsia regional center of employment provide additional funds for the recruitment of persons registered as unemployed, works on the improvement and streamlining of territories.
