The experience of the Visegrad four countries in the sphere of decentralization discussed with students in Vinnytsia region (photo)
Public organization "Association of Euroclubs of the region" this year continued the good tradition on the implementation of educational projects for students of educational institutions of Vinnytsia region. So, a new project which is called "the Experience of the Visegrad group in the field of decentralization", designed to improve awareness of local community representatives, in particular, students and teachers of educational institutions, public activists and initiative of citizens regarding the experience of the Visegrad group in the field of decentralization. The project is implemented with the support of the regional state administration and financed by the regional budget. Regional partner of the project is all-Ukrainian public organization "INSTITUTE RESPUBLICA". The project plans to conduct about 40 informational meetings with representatives of local communities on the subject of the experience of the Visegrad group in the field of decentralization. Also going to be about 2000 copies of educational materials on this topic. The peculiarity of the project is that it outlines not only the positive side of reform, but also illuminates the negative aspects, which need to be avoided during the decentralization. "Talking about the experience of the Visegrad group in the field of decentralization, we try to convey to the participants of the project the thesis that the welfare of any state, and not only in Ukraine depends on the effective interaction of the local communities, authorities and business", – says the Chairman of public organization "Association of Euroclubs region" Elizabeth Savchuk. According to the coach of the project, candidate of historical Sciences, associate Professor of world history of Vinnytsia state pedagogical University. Kotsyubinsky Alexander Narici, pupils of educational institutions of the region should understand that it is in their hands, as the younger generation of Ukrainians, are all the opportunities to change lives for the better. Recall that the public organization "Association of Euroclubs of the region" was one of 14 winners of the competition to determine the programs developed by institutions of civil society, which provides financial support in 2017 for the expense of the regional budget, which is traditionally held every year by the Department of information activities and communications with the public RSA. Without a doubt, the implementation of the project "the Experience of the Visegrad group in the field of decentralization" strengthen the conscious attitude of citizens to the process of the reform of local self-government in Ukraine.
