In execution of a decree at the suit Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office the decision of economic court of Volyn region, OOO "VIP-OYL," returned to state ownership in the face of Prilsasha village Council of Manevychi district land area of about 0.4 ha, the normative monetary evaluation of which is more than 350 thousand UAH. The Prosecutor's office appealed to court with the claim in interests of the state to terminate the lease of the land for the society's more than 3 years do not pay the rent in the budget of the village Council and did not use the land for the purpose. The decision of the court the claim was satisfied, and now the land returned to state ownership.
