Chernihiv: the water utility announced a public auction where willing to buy 4000 meters of water
"setup metering hot and cold water supply to the residents of Chernihiv in the 2017-2020 years" moving into a new phase of execution. March 28, KP "chernigovvodokanal" posted a notice about the purchase of 4000 meters for cold and hot water installation in apartment houses of Chernihiv. https://prozorro.gov.ua/tender/UA-2017-03-28-000744-b In 2017 it is planned to buy 2500 PCs of counter cold and 1500 pieces hot water meters. Together – 4,000 meters. Appropriate technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the procurement subject were approved at meeting of the constant Commission of city Council concerning housing and communal services, transport and communications and energy efficiency. The auction in the procedure of open electronic auction for the purchase of meters to be held on 14 April 2017 and April 15 will be known the cost of metering devices and the enterprise-the winner. We will note that KP "chernigovvodokanal" is doing everything possible to ensure that the city has received quality equipment at the lowest price. The procedure itself open electronic trading takes place openly and transparently. The next stages of development will be the procedure for purchasing components for the installation of metering and definition of the enterprise – executor. Transparency in procurement will also be guaranteed. Recall that from 20 Mar continues the procedure of registration of citizens for the installation of metering devices of hot and cold water. The installation of metering devices is carried out only once and provided that: – the lack of appropriate equipment in a residential area; – that the applicant is the owner or co-owner of premises (property acquired in the manner not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine) by the user housing the housing stock of municipal property; – resides at the place of registration; – receive a subsidy to pay utilities.
