Zhytomyr region continues receiving documents from those who wish to enter the service contract. Contractors will receive a decent wage – from 7 thousand UAH, which is three times the average for the area. The citizens who have expressed a desire to pass military service under the contract, submit to military commissariats statement, and the military personnel of conscription military service are to report to the commander of the military unit with the request for their acceptance on military service under the contract. Also add a written consent to the use and processing of personal data, conduct a special inspection information. District (city) military commissariats on the basis of a list of vacant posts offered to potential candidates for the posts given priority in their acquisition. Before acceptance on military service under the contract, the applicant submits to the military Commissariat, where it consists on the military account, or military units at the place of passage of military service the following documents: * autobiography in handwritten and printed copies; * copy of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine and information about the personal identification number of a natural person-payer of taxes and other obligatory payments; * copies of documents on education and work; * service response (from work or study); * copies of birth and marital status; * medical certificate about state of health; * certificate of family composition and place of registration or actual residence; * military ID (for conscripts); * written consent to conduct a special audit (if necessary). Candidates recognized fit state of health for admission to military service under the contract in a military unit is organized to check the level of physical fitness according to the standards defined by the order of the Minister of defense of Ukraine "On approval of the Instruction on physical training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine". For citizens of Ukraine, who was first taken into military service under the contract, the following shall be the terms of military service: * with soldiers, taken at the position of enlisted personnel –for a period of 3 years; * with the military adopted on the post of sergeants and sergeants – a period of 3 to 5 years depending on consent of the parties; * military personnel who are accepted for military service under the contract in the event of a crisis situation that threatens national security, the announcement of the decision on the mobilization and (or) the introduction of the legal regime of martial law before the end of the special period, or before the decision on demobilization; * with soldiers of urgent military service and servicemen of military service under the military service during mobilization for a special period, which during the special period have served at least 11 months, persons dismissed from military service during the special period that are accepted on military service under the contract in the period from the date of mobilization until the time of the imposition of martial law (offensive war), or the announcement of the decision on the discharge for 6 months.
