Ivan Krysak: In the Ternopil region the autumn-winter 2016/2017 years was stable in
the Results of the heating season 2016/17, problems in activities of utility companies, their solutions and the implementation of decentralization of the tariff was discussed at selector meeting under the chairmanship of the Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Gennady Zubko. Participation in this event was attended by first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Ivan Krysak. "The autumn-winter 2016/2017 years was stable, without violations of coolant. Connected boiler 1263 (100%): 75 1188 municipal and departmental, which are heated 474 preschool educational institutions, 830 schools, 63 health institutions, 822 houses", — said Ivan Krysak. According to him, boiler houses working on traditional and non-traditional types of fuel, namely: 474 – gas; 298 – on the corner; 187 – electricity; 245 – fuel wood; 59 – other alternative fuels. At the same time, Ivan Krysak drew attention to the fact that the government has provided an opportunity for families who do not fall under the housing grants, to pay for the services of centralized heating in equal installments throughout the year, consumers will have the opportunity during the heating season pay only 50% of the cost of services consumed, the remaining 50% to pay in the summer. As at 27 Mar 15 038 subscribers who receive service of Central heating and do not use the subsidy for this service, addressed only 129 subscribers from Ternopil.
