In pre-trial criminal investigation established that the suspect, having previously been repeatedly convicted, including for committing grave and especially grave crimes on the path of correction did not and again made a number of deliberate serious crime involving a selfish motive under part 3 of article 185 UK of Ukraine, that is, theft committed repeatedly, connected to penetration into the room, namely the Church's temples located on the territory of the village of dragovo and just Konrai, Khust district, while under administrative supervision. Proven by the Prosecutor before the investigating judge in the presence of the reasonableness of the suspicion one of the local residents of Khust district in the Commission of the above criminal offenses and circumstances that indicate the necessity to use against the suspect most stringent restraint. Thus,the above petition by the court and agreed to the malefactor the measure of restraint in form of detention. According to the sanction of part 3 of article 185 UK of Ukraine, the attacker faces a maximum penalty of imprisonment up to 6 years. Now in criminal proceedings pre-judicial investigation proceeds.
