Through these changes has been a redistribution of passenger traffic, including a separate and privileged categories of citizens in the city Elektro - and motor transport. In Chernihiv there are more than 88 thousand beneficiaries of the 17 different categories. The city has a Program of compensation for preferential transportation of separate categories of citizens in the city Elektro - and motor transport for 2017, which provides free travel for socially vulnerable layers of the population, and also determined a list of certain categories of passengers, the fare which are compensatory redress in the public buses and electric vehicles. Financial support for the Program at the expense of means of city budget within costs approved the city budget for 2017 in the following areas: the electric vehicle – 30 million UAH and on motor transport – 5,2 million UAH, UAH 35.2 million. The program is aimed at solution of problems of social protection of citizens who have a right to preferential passage in accordance with the current legislation, and ensure transportation to gardening arrays in spring and summer road.
