for the purpose of attracting members of the public to consider the issue of renaming the street of Alexey Novikov-Priboy street Sbra ion, Chernivtsi mayor Alex Kaspruk has signed a decree to hold a public hearing on may 4, 2017 at 18.00 in the office.105 of the Chernivtsi city Council (Central square,1). To participate in the public hearings invited members of the city Council, officials of Executive bodies of city Council, representatives of public organizations, residents of Chernivtsi. Reference I. G. Sbra was born 01.11.1836 in Lower Gardener in the South of Bukovina, in a large peasant family. Famous Romanian folklorist and literary critic of Bukovina. During his lifetime the Chernivtsi city Rada adopted a decision on awarding the street where he lived, his name for outstanding achievements in the development of culture, science and education.
