The delegation of Vinnytsia region studying the experience of the Republic of Slovenia on the reform of medicine and introduction of insurance medicine (photo)
With the aim of studying experience of reforming of medicine in post-Soviet countries, the introduction of health insurance and the implementation of the subproject International Bank for reconstruction and development "Component of the development of the health care system in Vinnytsia region aimed at improving medical care for patients with cardiovascular pathology", the official delegation is in the Republic of Slovenia. Its membership includes: Deputy Chairman - Director of the Department of education and science of regional state administration Igor Ivasyuk, Director of the health Department of the regional state administration Lyudmila grabovich, Deputy Director of the Department of health regional state administration Elena Itasca, chief specialist of the Department of health regional state administration Volodymyr fedyk, doctor of the Vinnytsia regional clinical treatment-diagnostic center of cardiovascular pathology Vladimir Gladkikh, head of roentgen-surgical unit in the Vinnytsia regional clinical treatment-diagnostic center of cardiovascular pathology Igor Sklyarov. In the framework of the official visit it is planned to familiarize with the system of health of Slovenia (health insurance, public health and emergency medical care), modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in leading hospitals of the country, as well as the organization and management of primary health care, including in rural areas. Specified experience in the first place will contribute to the effective decision in Vinnytsia region organizational activities at all stages of medical aid to patients with cardiovascular disease, as well as give the possibility to start the algorithm of rehabilitation of cardiac patients after interventional cardiologic procedures. 03.04.2017 year a meeting was held, during which representatives of the Vinnytsia region had the opportunity to see the presentation of the health care system of Slovenia and perspective development.
