In Zhytomyr will present success stories of United communities from different regions of Ukraine
Tomorrow, April 6, in Zhitomir will meet the participants Section of the Association of cities of Ukraine on the consolidated territorial communities. In the program the two-day event: * present success stories of their communities the heads of the GSS Zhytomyr, Poltava and Cherkasy regions, * presentation "the Anniversary of decentralization: successes and qualitative transformation" from head of Department of interaction with the local authorities of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Lilia Popova, * presentation of the novelties in the legislation if it's from the expert of the Central office implementation of decentralized reform of the Association of cities of Ukraine Yulia Vernigor, * presentation "the Formation of capable communities: money VS people" from the Director of the Department of budget and Finance, Zhytomyr city Council Sergey Harasuku, * presentation of the implemented energy efficiency measures in the municipal sphere of the city of Zhitomir (visit insulated kindergartens, schools and boiler-houses), * practical experience of development work. on the basis of Teterevsky United rural territorial communities in Zhytomyr region.
