12 - year-old schoolgirl Chernihiv became the champion of Ukraine in orienteering
From 28 March to 3 April in the city of Truskavets (Lviv region) held a personal championship of Ukraine and all-Ukrainian competitions among pupils of the school and WEST in orienteering, which were attended by 560 people in different age groups from 20 regions of Ukraine. The Chernihiv region at these competitions was represented by members of city Center tourist health-improving and educational work with children and young people Department of education of the Chernihiv city Council. In personal offset to the reduced distance champion of Ukraine became a pupil of the school ¹ 1 Maria Smith among 12-year-old girls, and among 14-year-old, the second was the schoolgirl of SOSH No. 28, halco Victoria. The sum of the 4 days of competition Kowal Maria group W-12 and Novik Catherine in the group of g-20 was the second. Overall, the team of the Chernihiv city Center, TOWRDS took 6th place in the team standings.
