Children can only remove within the settlements where there are no health risks. Adults are recommended to work on roadsides, coastal strips of rivers and reservoirs. With regard to household waste, it must be put in packages, if developed structure of waste sorting, it is desirable to sort it, if not, then collect the trash in a pile and taken away to disposal sites in urban or village dumps. To burn these wastes is strictly prohibited, it is possible to achieve the opposite effect and harm not only the environment but the lives and health of people".
