In Lutsk, the city Council members — against the imposition of a license fee for connection to the gas supply system for the population
At meeting of the constant Commission of city Council on issues of human rights, the rule of law, combat crime and corruption, parliamentary activities, ethics and regulations of the MPs Nicholas fedyk, Julia Datsyuk and Alexander Volynets considered candidature on the post of the first Deputy of the mayor and Deputy mayor. The city Council Secretary, acting mayor Igor Polishchuk has presented to the Commission nominations. In particular, the position of first Deputy of the mayor, it recommended approval of the Chairman, Kivertsi district Council Gregory Adapada, and on the position of other deputies — deputies Grigory Pustovit, Constantine Petrocoke, and also chief of legal Department of Lutsk city Council of Alexander Rachkov. The members of the Committee recommended to submit to the extraordinary session of the city Council the draft decision “On the appeal to the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine NKREKP, the General Prosecutor's office and the NEB regarding the monthly fee for the connection to the gas supply system for the population”. Now the decision NKREKP on the introduction of a fee for the gas through the suspended mass of popular indignation. However, according to deputies, should continue to Express their clear position and to prevent the introduction of solutions, which is frankly extortionate in nature.
