In Lutsk, the city Council has allocated 16 million UAH for capital repairs of highways
During the extraordinary meeting of the 22nd session of city Council deputies considered the issue on making amendments in the decision of the city Council from 12.01.2017 No. 17/12 “On the budget of the city of Lutsk in 2017” with the changes brought by the decision from 25.01.2017 No. 18/2, 21. 03. 2017 Reported to the Director of the Department of budget and Finance and Lily Love. According to her, 16 million UAH unencumbered balances of budgetary funds it is planned to direct for capital repairs of main roads, the list of which was approved at the previous session of 29 March 2017. This list includes the most emergency sites on that street: the Embankment (the area from vul.Arovita to the street. Kivertsovsky), Procevska (vul. The Queen to the city boundary), District (from the street of Peoples ' Friendship street Mamsurova), heroes of UPA (vul. Township to the city boundary), Kovel (vul. It is also planned to allocate funds in the amount of 2 789 620 UAH, received in the form of subventions from the state budget to local budgets for reimbursement of the cost of medicines for treatment of certain disorders included in the program “Affordable medicine”. 125 000 will be used for the provision of housing for children-orphans and children deprived of parental care and individuals from among them. It is also proposed to increase the expenditures of the General Fund budget to the Board of education for secondary schools on the provision of state support to persons with special educational needs in the amount of UAH 171 474. Part of the free rest of budgetary funds in the amount of UAH 94 000 provided for the purchase of concentrate of sodium hypochlorite for water disinfection in the pool hall “sports school of swimming”. 199 000 UAH direct purchase of food products for preschool educational institutions of the city at the time of tender and of contract, in particular for the purchase of oil (100 000 UAH) and sugar (99 000). During consideration and discussion, the deputies heard the information of the head of Department of education Oleg Grebenyuk concerning tenders for the purchase of food in kindergartens. He explained that the documents submitted by candidates who did not meet the requirements, or did not have filed a single application.
