Stepan Barna: Problems in the field will be decided when the responsibility will take the authorities on the ground
To solving any problems in a particular area should be approached responsibly – not to accuse them of creating someone, and to take responsibility for themselves. It is primarily about the transfer of authority to the field. This was stressed by the Chairman of the Ternopol regional state administration, Stepan Barna, during a meeting with the participation of first Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Vyacheslav Negoda. The key themes that were heard at the meeting had questions about the state of decentralization in the field and tasks of the Executive in the conduct of local government reform and territorial organization of power.
