of Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko held a meeting about the beating 14-year-old girl in Chernihiv on 2 April. Also Vladislav Atroshenko appealed to police with a call not to delay the investigation and to take all necessary action to this matter as soon as possible was disclosed in the framework of current legislation and installed all the perpetrators of this incident. - Society wants to see real action of the police that she was not powerless, he stressed. The mayor instructed the heads of schools and higher educational institutions in the city to make lists of all such students or students who are aggressive behavior towards other children, and pass them to the police for preventive work. He believes the city government needs to accelerate the implementation of the municipal program "Safe city" and to install surveillance cameras and take other measures that could have prevented the Commission of offenses in the city and to ensure public peace.
