Chernihiv: the results of the competition for the right to conclude lease contracts of municipal property
April 6, in the Fund of communal property of the Chernihiv city Council held a competition for the right to enter into leases of property belonging to municipal property of a territorial community of the city of Chernihiv and is on balance of Department of education of the city Council. The contest, which was officially announced on March 16, received three applications from individuals wishing to rent non-residential premises located in the building of preschool educational establishment No. 32 at Ivan Bogun str, 27, to conduct classes in English and children's dance with children in institutions (16 hours per month). Competition Commission, composed of members of the city Council, head of financial Department of city Council, experts of Fund of municipal property and Board of education, in the presence of the applicants got acquainted with the documents that they have submitted for the contest and determined who is allowed to participate in it. The result for the second stage of the competition was allowed two candidates. After the auction, which is made of 33 steps, the winner is determined, OOO Vasylyuk Iryna Alexandrovna. She suggested rent for the premises at the rate of 1340 UAH (without VAT). Reference. The total area (DOE No. 32 Ivan Bogun str, 27) to 84.9 sqm, including area for common use is 3.2 sq. m. the Cost of the property according to the independent evaluation report of 575.00 is 324 UAH without VAT. Starting rents without VAT for basic month of rent to February 2017, is 300,58 UAH. It is determined according to the Method of calculation and order of payment for the lease of municipal property of a territorial community of the city of Chernigov, approved by the decision of the city Council dated July 30, 2007 (19th session of the 5th convocation) with changes and additions based on the rental rates of 15%, which takes into account the direction of the relevant activities of other institutions and enterprises, which are not included in the list.
