In Vinnytsia region grew by almost 60% the amount of accrued and unpaid wages,financed from the local budgets of the region
As noted by the Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration Mykola Kopachevsky, during January-March 2017 the Department conducted a weekly monitoring of payment of wages in establishments and institutions financed from local budgets. Thus, during January-March of current year accrued and paid wages to employees of institutions funded from local budgets in the amount of 1315,0 mln. (including for March – 473.5 million UAH). "The amount of accrued and unpaid salary for 3 months of 2017 as a whole exceeds the same indicator of the previous year to 58.1 per cent (it was 831,9 mln.)", stressed Michalkovsky. The mentioned sum of payment, the salary of workers of educational institutions for January-March is 704,1 million UAH. (more than the corresponding period last year to 61.8%), medical institutions 372,6 mln. (this exceeds last year's figure of 58.4%), culture workers and 68.4 mln. (which is 57.6% greater than 1 quarter of 2016), institutions of social protection – 44.5 million UAH. (increase to last year is 52.9 per cent).
