Soon in Chernigov planned opening of the first Ukrainian Passport center at the Office of the State migration service of Ukraine. This was announced by chief UDMS Ukraine in Chernihiv region Xenia Lukyanets April 10, at the enlarged meeting of the Chernihiv city mayor with the heads of departments and municipal enterprises of the city. According to her, the creation of such Centre will allow to increase receipts in the city budget due to the increasing number of visitors and improve the quality of service. Xenia Lukyanets said that now there are five additional jobs for registration of passport documents, and before them the city was only eight. - Of course, a significant increase in income is associated with the increase in the size of the state duty. But the improvement of the conditions of administrative services also leads to an increase in the number of people who receive them, consequently to the increase of budget revenues, said the head UDMS. - For the first quarter of 2017, compared to the previous year, budget revenues increased by 30%. We can already predict the approximate increase in annual targets at least 35%. Chernihiv city Chairman agreed that in this case, the expenses of the city was effective: - The city has renovated its premises, which belong to the company. We have sent costs in order to save her property, and during the first quarter revenue in the city budget amounted to not less than was spent on restoring this building, he stressed.
