Executing powers of the mayor, the city Council Secretary Igor Polishchuk has signed a decree, which forbade, in 2017, the days of football matches (three hours before and two hours after the match) for sale in the institutions of the trading and selling of takeaway in restaurants located within a 200 meter zone around the stadium “Avangard” alcohol, low alcohol drinks, soft drinks and beer in glass containers. Also recommended to business entities which carry out economic activity within a 200-metre zone around the stadium “Avangard” to restrict the mode of operation of subordinate institutions during football matches.
