Municipal police checks contracts for the removal of liquid household waste in Ternopil
the Employees of the office of the municipal police in Ternopil city Council with the participation of inspectors of the KP “Technopolitical” carried out raids on connection of consumers-owners of private houses to centralized sewage or contracts for the removal of liquid household waste in Ternopil. Over the past two months has already conducted raids on the streets of the neighborhood Kutkivtsi, Berezhany, Belogorsky, Lviv, New World. The result was issued on 24 administrative report according to art 152 Art and provided 53 prescriptions to eliminate violations of legislation, of which 80% is completed. We remind you that according to the law of Ukraine “waste” in accordance with clause 3.1.1.The rules of beautification of the city of Ternopil, enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of ownership, physical persons-entrepreneurs, citizens and other legal entities liabilities’linked to sign with specialized companies contracts on export of household waste. For this violation, the law provides a penalty of a fine from 20 to 80 non-taxable minimum incomes (340-1360ãðí).
