Chernigov: 29-30 April – the opening of season
29-30 April in Chernihiv will take place the opening of the tourist season. The action plan and suggestions to him were discussed at a meeting of the organizational Committee in the city Council with the participation of Deputy mayor Olga Honch. "This year the opening of the tourist season has a theme called "Pancakes-fest," - said Olga Honch. Addressing the audience, she noted that it is necessary to exert maximum efforts in order to clearly show the potential of Chernihiv and was wondering Chernigov and guests of our city. The meeting was attended by representatives of the structural subdivisions of city Council, Department of culture and tourism, nationalities and religions and the Department of sports of the regional state administration, the National historical-cultural reserve "ancient Chernihiv" and the tourism sector, representatives of the media. With the previous plan of activities for the opening of the tourist season in the city introduced Alexander Shevchuk, chief Director of the festival, the head of the military music center Land forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He said that provided a rich historical and cultural programme of activities, including: unique tours to tourist places of Chernihiv, site of the masters, visiting museums, performances of athletes, the incredible reconstruction of the history of our city, the interesting concert program.
