Iconic composer will give a concert in Chernivtsi
Under the leadership of former Chernivtsi Brand Volokh, Academic Symphony orchestra will perform works by Mozart, Telemann, Brahms, Gershwin. The composer moved from Chernivtsi 43 years ago, when he was 12 years old. Only four decades crossed the border of Ukraine for the second time. He has conducted in his time at the concerts of the late Demis Roussos disco group Boney M and the legendary French composer, pianist, arranger and singer of Armenian origin Michel Jean Legrand, author of the music to the cult "Cherbourg umbrellas". And on April 21 mark Volokh will speak with the Chernivtsi Philharmonic orchestra. Concert of the academic Symphony orchestra under Mark Volokh will be held April 21 at the Chernivtsi Philharmonic hall, beginning at 18.30. Participation in the concert will feature soloists: Pauline Kruglov, Vladimir, Fesuk, S. Gavrilyuk, Olga Forenco and Alexander Krivich.
