The Deputy Prosecutor of the region Andrey Mongkut, opening the meeting, noted that each of the participants of today's event becomes the Creator of history of the Prosecutor's self-government because the representatives of the regional and local prosecutors ' offices and the Prosecutor General of Ukraine will form the Institute for collective addressing issues of domestic prosecution. Procuratorial and investigative officials of the Prosecutor's office of area chose, by secret vote, three of the six proposed candidates in the national conference. So, Transcarpathia as part of the delegation that will represent the Prosecutor of the region Vladimir Gavrilyuk, head of Department of supervision in criminal proceedings Ivan Cossey and Prosecutor of Department of maintenance of representation for court management of the representative office of interests of citizen or state in court Roman lemak. The same charges prosecutors took place in five local Prosecutor's offices of the Transcarpathian region, which elected two delegates. Further, 13 of the delegates will take part in the Ukrainian conference, which will take place on 26 April 2017 in Kiev. Background: April 15, 2017 entered into force the provisions of the law of Ukraine "About Prosecutor's office", which provides for the functioning of the prosecutorial self-government and Qualifications and disciplinary Commission of prosecutors. According to the requirements of article 69 of the Law, to participate in the conference of prosecution and investigation bodies of the Prosecutor's office of the region shall elect three delegates from the regional Prosecutor's office and two – from every local prosecutors, by secret ballot.
