Competitive selection of subjects of evaluation activities will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of evaluation activities to conduct an independent evaluation of the property to the communal ownership of the territorial community of the city of Chernihiv and contractors for land management approved by decision of the municipal Council 22 July 2009 "On amendments to the Provision on competitive selection of subjects of evaluation for the independent evaluation of the property to the communal ownership of the territorial community of the city of Chernihiv and performers of works on land management" (40th session of the 5th convocation) with the changes. To participate in the competition applicants who apply on the basis of a valid certificate of the subject of evaluation, which provides for the implementation of practical assessment activities in the assessment of property in the areas of property valuation and specializations within these areas, which correspond to the object of evaluation. Applicants need to apply to the Fund of municipal property the tender documents in a sealed envelope with a description of the supporting documents contained in the envelope. By supporting documents include: application for participation in the tenders in the established form; copies of constituent documents of the applicant; copies of qualification documents of the appraisers that work in a regular part and to be involved in the evaluation and signing of the report on the assessment of the property; the written consent of the valuers, who are additionally attracted by the bidder to conduct the valuation of the property and signing the valuation report of the property certified by personal signatures; copy of certificate of appraiser issued to the applicant by the state property Fund of Ukraine and the certificate of qualification of the appraiser in the relevant field; information on the applicant (document, which contains information about the applicant regarding his experience, qualifications and personal experience of the evaluators, staffing and further engage them in the independent valuation of the property, including such property). Proposal the applicant is served in a separately sealed envelope and should contain a proposal for the cost of the work, costing related to the performance of work and period of performance (specified in a common unit of measurement – calendar days). In case of discrepancy, incompleteness of the competitive documentation or its late submission the applicant to participation in the contest is not allowed. The competition Commission will consider only those bids in which the period of performance will not exceed 14 days.
