Dubenskiy district court Chernihiv region supported the position of Dubno local Prosecutor's office and, having considered the indictment and the agreement on the plea, admitted resident of the district guilty of committing crimes under part 1 of article 190 (misappropriation of another's property by fraud), part 4 of article 358 of the criminal code (using fake document). Namely, the document intentionally was not specified the details of buying his wife for the corresponding period of the car cost about 80 thousand UAH. The results of these actions, dubechnya illegally imposed and paid at the expense of budget grants for a total sum more than 20 thousand UAH. In the course of pre-trial investigation the suspect admitted his guilt, voluntarily and fully compensated the damage caused by returning the state income all previously received funds. According to the court verdict, the man appointed punishment within sanctions of articles incriminated to a fine in the amount of 50 untaxed minimum incomes, that is UAH 850. The the verdict is not yet. Additionally: Payment for utilities is expensive. Many families are able to pay for themselves, and therefore are forced to seek subsidy. The latter is calculated as the difference between the size of payment for housing and utilities within social norm of housing and social standards for use of housing and communal services and the amount of required percentage of the payment. The compulsory share service fees to the individual for each family and depends on her income, the number of persons registered in the living room, who are paid fee-for-service. Than the high (low) family income, the more (less) the family will pay for services. At the same time, the subsidy is not granted, if someone was in the house of the people, including actually living there, who are billed for utility services for 12 months before applying for the appointment of subsidies carried out the purchase of land, flats, houses, vehicles, construction materials and other durable goods, or paid services (one-time) for construction, repair of an apartment, home or car telephone in addition to housing services within the social norms of housing and social standards for use of housing and communal services, and medical services related to the software of life, for amount on the date of purchase or payment exceeding 50 thousand UAH. The state's position is that the subsidy should get only the family requires it.
