Due to the humanization of criminal proceedings against minors currently, there is a positive trend towards reducing the number of minors sentenced to the penalty of deprivation of liberty. In particular, the number of prisoners serving sentences in Dubno juvenile correctional facility, compared with the previous 2015-2016 decreased threefold. The state of the rights of convicts serving their sentence in a State institution "Dubenskaya educational colonies", including on parole from punishment on the grounds provided by the Criminal Executive code of Ukraine, is under special control of the Prosecutor's office. So, in the past year, Dubensky local Prosecutor's office conducted 14 audits, of which 2 were integrated, that is with participation of specialists of the Department of health, Gastrula, Demirtzoglou and other relevant professionals and 1 joint inspection with the members of the Supervisory Commission at the Rivne regional state administration. In addition, comprehensive inspections conducted with the participation of prosecutors of the Department of juvenile justice Prosecutor's office of Rivne region. During each inspection took place meetings and discussions with convicts and organized them a personal welcome. By results of checks the Prosecutor's office made 3 of instructions about elimination of violations of requirements of legislation in the sphere of labor protection, social protection of children deprived of parental guardianship, criminal-Executive legislation, in the part of the regime of detention of convicted prisoners. By results of consideration of acts of prosecutorial response to charges brought against 3 officials of the institution. In January and April in 2017 by the bodies of regional Prosecutor's office with involvement of specialists of appropriate authorities, also conducted 2 comprehensive inspection on compliance with the rights of convicts serving their sentence in the institution, particularly regarding their education, ensure the right to proper conditions and wages, quality health care, material and social security and adequate nutrition. During the last inspection, with particular attention to the materials covered in the mass media (in particular, in the transfer of "More than true" ICTV) on the facts of the inadequate remuneration of convicted minors, violations of sanitary-hygienic conditions of their detention, physical violence that took place in different areas of the state. The results of verification with the participation of specialists Gastrula and Demirtzoglou in the Rivne region, Department of health of Rivne regional state administration, the information was not confirmed.
