In the Transcarpathian region on the Order of partial reimbursement from the regional budget of interest rates on loans
a message about the publication of the draft regulatory act - decision of Transcarpathian regional Council "On the Procedure for partial reimbursement from the regional budget of interest rates under credits involved with subjects of small and medium enterprises for implementation of investment projects " According to articles 9, 13 of the law of Ukraine “On principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity” and for the purpose of receiving comments and proposals from physical persons and legal entities, their associations, the Department of economic development and trade of the Transcarpathian regional state administration informs about publication 17 April 2017 on the Internet at: www.carpathia.gov.ua (in the “Economy and industry”and Regulatory policy. The draft regulatory acts") of the draft regulatory act - decision of Transcarpathian regional Council "On the Procedure for partial reimbursement from the regional budget of interest rates under credits involved with subjects of small and medium enterprises for implementation of investment projects" (hereinafter – draft decision) with the corresponding analysis of regulatory impact. The main developer of the draft regulatory act is the Department of economic development and trade of the Transcarpathian regional state administration. The purpose of the decision is creation of favorable conditions for activization of development of small and medium enterprises, reduction in price of credit resources for the implementation of investment projects by introducing effective, on the principles of openness and transparency of the mechanism of financial support to subjects of entrepreneurial activities at the expense of the regional budget.
