In Chernigiv Investment passport of the city
Urgent task of local authorities of Chernihiv for the modern development of the city is to increase the level of investment attractiveness, strengthening of the industrial complex, implementation of innovative technologies. Management of strategic development of the Program of development of international relations of the city of Chernihiv and the encouragement of investment in 2016-2017 and to improve the investment image of the city of Chernihiv completed cooperation with national independent authorized rating Agency "Credit-rating". During February-April by the office, together with the rating Agency has identified long-term credit rating of the city and its investment attractiveness. Long-term credit rating of the city of Chernihiv according to the National rating scale are defined at the level uaBBB. The rating Outlook is stable. The level of investment attractiveness of the city of Chernihiv was set at uaINV4- (high level). The borrower or separate bond instrument with rating uaBBB is characterized by sufficient solvency compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments. Credit status level depends upon influence of adverse commercial, financial and economic conditions. The signs "+" and "-" indicate intermediate categories (levels) relative to the main categories (levels). The stable Outlook indicates that there are no anticipated reasons to change rating in the course of the year. Also the result of cooperation between city authorities and rating agencies became the Investment passport of the city of Chernihiv.
