In Chernivtsi increased the volume of commissioned housing
Inspection of state architectural-building control of the city Council informs that for the first quarter of 2017 on the territory of Chernivtsi commissioned 25.5 thousand square meters of housing (for the corresponding period of 2016 – 33.8 sq m), representing 75.4% over the corresponding period in 2016. Of these, multi-storey residential houses and apartments – 19,2 thousand sq. m (for the corresponding period of 2016 – 13.5 thousand square meters), which is 142,2% to the corresponding period in 2016, and individual houses – 6,3 thousand sq m (for the corresponding period of 2016 – 20,3 thousand in sq. m), which is 31% to the corresponding period in 2016. It should be noted that in 2016, the statistical reporting was partially included objects of housing put into operation at the building Amnesty in December 2015 with a total area of 16,7 thousand sq. m. There is a tendency to increase in volumes of commissioning of apartment buildings and individual residential houses in the city of Chernivtsi excluding objects taken up by the building Amnesty.
