In Rivne oblast in Dubno convicted perpetrator of the accident,which injured journalist
Dubenskiy district court Chernihiv region supported the position of Dubno local Prosecutor's office and, having considered the indictment and the agreement on reconciliation between the suspect and the victim, admitted resident of Ternopil region guilty of committing a crime under part 1 article 286 UK of Ukraine (violation of safety rules of traffic by the person who manages the vehicle, which led to the victim of average weight injury). The culprit, the court has appointed punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 200 tax-free minimum incomes, which amounts to 3400 UAH. Proven 02 November 2016 the man, driving a car Audi-A8 on the highway Kyiv-Chop to Dubno, violated traffic Rules of Ukraine did not consider a road situation, didn't choose the safe speed and without ensuring the safety of travel crosswalk made arrival on the pedestrian directly at the crosswalk. The victim was a journalist from the Kyiv media. Convicted at the stage of pre-trial investigation voluntarily and fully compensated the victim for the damage caused by the crime.
