In Uzhgorod solemn start "Erdelsky read"
From 10 to 13 may in the province once again will be held international scientific-practical conference "Erdelsky reading." The purpose of the conference – honoring the outstanding and many-sided figures Adalbert Erdeli, the study and popularization of the heritage of coryphaeus of Transcarpathian art school, presentation of current research by leading scientists and art historians in Ukraine and abroad and lively professional discussions. The current "Erdelsky reading" will bring together about a hundred researchers from different regions of Ukraine, as well as from Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, USA and Iraq. Some of them attend the conference with the conference their work, which will subsequently be published in scientific Bulletin of the Transcarpathian art Academy. On the first day, the participants gather in Uzhgorod, get acquainted with the artistic attractions of the city and communicate. May 11, at the base recreation center in the village of Barvinok in Uzhgorod district, there will be a solemn opening of the conference. There for two days there will be held plenary meeting in four sections: "Arts and culture" and "Pedagogy and art education", "Actual problems of fine and decorative art and design", "Modern art." On the final day, may 13, guests are offered a trip to S. Kolochava in Mizhhirya for exploring wooden churches of Transcarpathia. Meanwhile, in the framework of the conference the participants will join a number of creative presentations in the galleries and museums of Uzhgorod.
