Registration of citizens to obtain land plots for construction of individual houses in the city
According to the approved List of administrative services Center administrative services offers administrative service on registration of citizens to obtain land plots for construction of individual houses in the city. Citizens are registered to individual developers on the basis of submitted to the Department of urban complex and land relations of Chernivtsi city Council statement and the attached full documents, namely: 1. Copy of passport (1,2 pages and page with a mark about registration of residence). 2. Copy the ID number. 3. Original certificate of the applicant or members of his family who are also registered at the place of residence of the applicant, on the accounting of the citizens needing improvement of housing conditions. 4. Original certificate of family composition and registration. The applicant shall annually, before March 1, inform the Registrar about the changes (no change) that occurred during the year (change in residence, household composition, and the like) in writing, providing copies of passport and identification number. In case this condition is not met, the applicant is removed from the register. The persons specified in the certificate of residence and family composition of the applicant attached to the application, as well as members of their families, too, are individual developers for obtaining land plots for construction of individual houses and on the account for improvement of living conditions and live at the same address may receive only one plot for the construction of individual houses. In accordance with clause 2.9 of the Rules of registration of citizens to obtain land plots for construction of individual houses in the city, approved by decision of the 20th session of the Chernivtsi city Council UI convocation ¹ 438 dated 23.02.2012 year – the citizens who have preferential treatment in obtaining land plots for construction of individual houses according to their status (Chernobyl, veterans, participants of military actions and persons of similar status, the disabled, children of war and the like) of specific work (the military, judges, prosecutors, and the like), as indicated in the legal acts of Ukraine that define status of these persons, are obliged to land within the time specified by the special provisions of the Law, regardless of their registration numbers in the record book individual developers. This administrative service is free of charge, the period during which it provides administrative service – 15 working days for a preliminary examination and registration of documents in the e-book of accounting of statements of individual developers.
