Lutsky talented students will receive scholarships of the city Council of Lutsk
MPs Alla Nadtochiy, Anna Movak and Maya Shostak worked as a part of the constant Deputy Commission of city Council concerning social protection, health care, maternity and childhood, education, science, culture, and language. Also in the meeting took part the Deputy of the city Council Boris smal, head of Department of education of the city Council Zinovy Leshchenko. First, the deputies decided on the candidates for the creation of the competition Commission, which will approve candidates for scholarships, according to the regulation “On stipends” that was approved at the session of Lutsk city Council. The composition of this Commission will be comprised of 13 people, including Deputy mayor Grigory Pustovit, representatives from the Department of education of the city Council and deputies. Later, the Commission proceeded to consider the nominations of Lutsk students who will present a session for decision the granting of scholarships. This year about 100 students submitted their applications for participation. The best will be chosen in 22 categories. The meeting also heard a briefing from the head of Department of education Zinoviev Leshchenko regarding the development of the project of land management concerning allocation of land KZ”Lutsk training and rehabilitation center of Lutsk city Council”. We are talking about installing a lift to provide quality and equal access to education for children with disabilities. Zenobia Leshchenko noted that the documents for the manufacture and installation of the Elevator is ready, but not all the necessary licenses. The training and rehabilitation center several times a week to attend three of the students who need the movement of the Elevator. Therefore, these children will study on the ground floor, while the documents for the construction of an Elevator are brought into compliance.
